Shipping Policy
We offer Standard Shipping (3-5 business days). However, due to the unknown circumstances surrounding COVID-19, items may take no more than 8 days to arrive.

Business days are Monday through Friday, except for scheduled U.S. Holidays: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day.

Q: How can I check and track the status of my order?
A: If you are placing the order online, make sure to include your e-mail address; you will receive a copy of your order and a tracking number via e-mail. You may also visit the order status section on Coolibar.com for package tracking information.

Q: Can I ship to multiple addresses?
A: Yes, but you will need to place a separate order for each address.

Q: Can I come to your office to purchase products or pick up my order?
A: No, you may only purchase products online.

Q: Is there a tax on my order?
A: We are required to collect sales tax in states where it is required. Yo! HBCU Wraps follows the state laws and regulations about what is taxable and what is not taxable.

Q: Why didn't I receive the gift wrapping paper with the rest of my purchase?
A: Because of the size of the shipping box, gift wrapping paper is shipping separately from other items and typically arrives a day later.
Return & Exchange Policy
Due to health concerns related to COVID-19 and the type of product sold, all sales are final - no returns or exchanges unless order was received defective or incorrect.
For defective or incorrect orders an exchange will be processed as long as we are contacted within 3 days after the delivery date.
